Our commitment
Every guest should be able to browse our services, read reviews, and request a visit — including guests who use assistive technology. This website is built and tested to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What that looks like here
- The whole site works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Headings, landmarks and labels are structured for screen readers; images carry text alternatives.
- Colors are checked against WCAG contrast minimums, and the page reflows down to small screens and high zoom without losing content.
- The booking form labels every field and announces errors to assistive technology.
- Animation respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
How we test
Each release is checked with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core) plus a manual keyboard pass before it goes live.
Third-party content
The guest-review display and the booking tools are provided by outside services. We don't control their code — if one of them gets in your way, tell us and we'll pass it on and take your booking by phone in the meantime.
