What this website collects
The booking-request form asks for your name, phone number, email, the service you're interested in, times that suit you, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes box. It also records which consent boxes you ticked, the wording you were shown, and when — that record is how we can show your permission was given.
The online booking calendar is run for us by our booking provider inside this page. What you enter there — your details, the appointment you choose, and any deposit you pay by card — goes to that provider and its payment processor, not to this website. There are no user accounts here.
How it's used
Booking requests are used to contact you about your visit and to run your appointment — nothing else. We do not sell your personal information. Marketing texts and emails only ever go to people who ticked the separate optional box on the form; the required box covers replying to your request and nothing more. You can reply STOP to any text at any time.
Text messages (SMS)
No mobile information is sold, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers who deliver messages and run our booking system on our behalf, and only so that they can perform that service. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any other purpose.

Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies at all — no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no tracking cookies. That is why you are never asked to accept a cookie banner here.
We do measure how the site is used, using a privacy-focused analytics service that counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal information. It records things like which pages were opened, which site or search sent you here, your browser and device type, and the country of the visit. It does not identify you, does not build a profile, and does not follow you to other websites. This data is never sold or shared for marketing.
If we ever add anything that does set cookies or track you across sites, this policy will be updated first and any required consent controls added at the same time.
Services from other companies
- Form & messaging — booking requests are processed by our customer-management platform (LeadConnector), which stores what you submit so we can reply, and sends our texts and emails.
- Online booking & deposits — the booking calendar embedded on our booking section is served by LeadConnector; card deposits taken there are handled by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
- Guest reviews — the reviews section is displayed by a review widget that loads from its own service.
- Site analytics — visits are counted by a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics provider. It receives the page you opened, the referring site, your browser and device type, and the country of the visit — no cookies, no personal information, and no profile of you.
- Fonts and images — served from this site and standard content-delivery networks; those requests include your IP address, as with any web resource.
Your choices
